Please do not include sensitive personal data: such as health information, government identification numbers, or financial information, in an initial enquiry unless we specifically request it.

3. Why we use your data

We use personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry;

4. Our legal basis for processing

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Steps before entering into a contract: when you ask us to respond to an enquiry, discuss services, or arrange a Discovery Conversation.

• Legitimate interests: to operate our website and services, respond to enquiries, protect our business, prevent misuse, and maintain professional records.

• Consent: where you have clearly agreed to a specific use of your information, such as receiving optional marketing communications.

• Legal obligation: where we need to retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

You may withdraw consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

As a general approach:

• Discovery Conversation enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary;

• accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable law;

• marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw consent or we no longer use the relevant communication channel.

6. Who may receive your data

We may share personal data only where necessary with:

• service providers that help us operate the website, forms, email, calendar, file storage, and communications;

• professional advisers, such as accountants, legal advisers, or insurers, where necessary;

7. International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or recognised contractual safeguards.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
